Colour without compromise. Organic Colour Systems Professional colour optimizes the use of natural and certified organic ingredients and minimises the use of harsh chemical additives. It is also the first ever vegan friendly, ammonia, paraben and resorcinol free, salon professional permanent hair colour.
OCS permanent colours are gluten free, high performing and contain the lowest possible levels of PPD/PTD pigment (the essential ingredient needed to make hair colour permanent).

OUR PROCESS
Consult
We chat about the goals for your hair and form a plan of how we will get your hair to where you want it to be. If you’re going to be colouring your hair, we will do skin sensitivity testing to ensure that there are no sensitivities or reactions to the products.
Appointment
At your appointment, we will detox your hair using our Charcoal Shampoo in order to remove any built up product. We will then perform a wet stretch test to establish exactly what your hair needs. To find out more about this read our FAQ’s. Then we will carry out the services you require, from colouring services, cutting, styling and finishing.
Prescribe
Based on the wet stretch test, we will prescribe the products that you need for your hair in order to help you achieve the best possible healthiest hair from root to tip. These are the products we will use in the salon, as well as what you can use at home from our care range. This forms part of the entire system to ensure you get the most from the range, and ultimately have healthier hair.
Home Care
The products we use in the salon are available for you to purchase so you can continue to care for your hair naturally, with salon quality organic hair care products, at home. These include a wide range of products, but the core products you usually need include a shampoo, conditioner and treatment.
Styling
We have a range of styling products in our control range. We call this “makeup for your hair”. From Finale to Sculpt, thermal protection and so much more. We also have a range of dry shampoo, root cover up (for between those colour appointments), and at home fashion colours. Shop the range here.
